Case manager (60% workload) - work integration for young people and young adults in Bern
Do you have a good relationship with young people? Are you open to new things? Do you like to move in a creative and flexible environment? Then you are exactly right with us! take off. is an innovative work integration organization that supports young adults in difficult life situations as they enter the world of work. Our goal is to strengthen the participants' self-esteem and to encourage them to build intrinsic motivation. To do this, they work on projects, experience each other in the group and deal with their focus topics. You will be accompanied with individual coaching and case management - and that is exactly why we are looking for you: as the fourth member of our young case management team!

Your contribution

You are responsible for the entire case processing, from the initial interview to the exit of the participants

With the help of counseling sessions and job coaching, you will help the participants to find a suitable apprenticeship position

You are in a hub function and responsible for the smooth coordination between the referring institutions (IV and social welfare office), the therapists, the counselor and, if necessary, the parents of the participants

Co-development of new, innovative offers
