Work Integration

Work integration programs provide assistance with job searches, resume building, and interview preparation, as well as training and education programs to improve job skills and qualifications. In each individualized Joina program, participants can choose between the modules Joina workshop and Joina Tech.
In the Joina Workshop, participants will learn to improve their language skills, search for job opportunities effectively, create a strong resume and cover letter, and prepare for job interviews. Acquire soft skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management that are essential for success in the workplace. Joina team will provide guidance and support for career development, including information on local industries and job market trends, educational and training opportunities, and career advancement strategies.
In the Joina Tech, participants learn digital skills that are more important in certain professional fields. We teach the participants basic computer skills which can be scaled up to more advanced areas related to multimedia, software applications and hardware. This is a preparation for various jobs that will require digital knowledge or a step to further digital training courses.
